I have merged in changes from the community to create a new release on GitHub, which you can find here:

Follow the links to the pull requests (#11, #14) for full details. (It’s worth noting that the “remove the Windows Store” item above refers to removing the Store icon from the task bar.)
This also addresses the feedback about actually using GitHub releases so that people can easily see when a new release has been made available; I’ll use this for any changes going forward.
